Training FAQs

Do participants receive a certificate?
Yes. Every participant receives a HeartSafe certificate of completion, and establishments that equip and train with us earn the HeartSafe Ready certificate for display.
Where are the courses held?
We come to you. Courses run onsite at your workplace, school or community space, anywhere in Singapore.
How many people can attend one session?
We keep groups small so everyone gets hands-on mannequin and AED practice. For larger teams we run multiple sessions on the same day.
Do we need our own AED for training?
No. We bring training mannequins and AED trainer units. If your premises has a Mindray AED from us, we train your team on the exact model on your wall.
